The HW Series horizontal washing machines have been designed using state-of-the-art technological solutions, with superior quality materials and components to ensure long-lasting equipment requiring low maintenance.
The HW range includes several models depending on the standard maximum workable width, 1300, 1600, 2200, 2600, 3000 and 3300 mm.
All the solutions can be configured through a wide range of options for specific requirements.

Oversized structure

The HW Series has an oversized structure for optimal results: perfect flatness of the roller table, no vibrations, excellent washing and drying quality. All machine parts are made of stainless steel.

results

The HW Series washing machines are equipped, as standard, with two pairs of segmented brushes (two upper brushes and two lower brushes) featuring high density bristles for top washing results. Each pair of brushes comes with its own water distribution system (tank, pump, pipes, spray nozzles). The last section of the tank is provided with heating element.
An additional pair of brushes can be fitted on request for an improved cleaning action.

Innovative drying system

The drying system consists of a very compact and lightweight high-pressure radial blower positioned directly above the air knives to ensure the best drying results: up to 9 m/min with three pairs of air knives (on request). Compared to the traditional inclined air knives, the innovative system developed by Bavelloni features special air knives ensuring a perfect drying quality even in case of small sized glass that can be loaded anywhere without limitations.

Easy

low-maintenance

The HW Series horizontal washing machines are designed to simplify and reduce maintenance operations to a minimum. The glass transport rollers, driven by maintenance-free transmission systems, are made of special vulcanized NBR rubber to offer high wear resistance. The upper part of the machine can also be lifted to adapt to the thickness of the glass and make servicing easier. The brushes have individually replaceable segmented sectors that avoid changing the entire brush. The extensive use of stainless steel in any part of the machine (covers, structure, roller pins, roller supports and brush shafts) offers excellent corrosion resistance while minimizing maintenance. Moreover, the special fan is wear-free.

Compact footprint

The fan fitted above the air knives and the shorter drying section resulting from the innovative drying system reduce the machine footprint.

Thanks to a variety of options, the HW Series washers can be customized to satisfy any specific needs: additional pair of air knives for improved drying capacity, extra pair of brushes in case of very dirty glass or high working speed.
Also available: external pre-washing kit, kit for low-e processing, automatic sensor for low-e glass, automatic water quality control, automatic thickness adjustment, antistatic bar and teleservice.

Modular inlet and outlet sections

The glass inlet and outlet sections are modular so, when configuring the machine, they can fit any layout requirement. Thanks to the technical solutions adopted, it is possible to modify the length of these sections even after the installation of the machine, if necessary.
